Speedplay Zero Pedals

Speedplay Zero pedals are perfect for the racer as they are lightweight, come with dual side entry and can be bought as either a float or fixed position pedal. For riders who like to be able to customize their bike the Zero has three different foot adjustments which can be changed independently so the pedal can be setup exactly as you want it. The weight of the pedal depends whether you get Chrome-Mol, Stainless or Titanium. Titanium Speedplay Zero pedals only weigh 82g each.

Another feature of Speedplay Zero pedals is that they come with a large and stable platform. Uniquely, the cleat actually provides the foot platform once you’ve engaged it.

Speedplay Light Action Pedals

Light Action pedals are built for road use and feature dual sided entry, self locating cleat, 14 degree free float and a low stack height in order to increase corn clearance. Speed play Light Action pedals for sale may not be cheap – they can cost over $150 in some cases – but they are certainly a high quality pedal.

Speedplay X Series

The X Series is another line of pedals which are built for road use. Like other Speedplay pedals they are built to be light with the titanium version only weighing 150g per pair. These are also the most expensive compared to other materials, however. Like the Light Action peals the X series has a large amount of cornering clearance and contact area.

Speedplay Drillium

If you’re looking for a racing flat pedal then the Speedplay Drillium is definitely one to consider. It’s not the most expensive pedal around and comes with a needle and two cartridges for smooth bearings. There is also a built in grease port which allows you to oil the pedal without having to take it apart which is always useful.
